The game against table toppers Penclawdd proved to be a real 'arm wrestle' of a contest. A swirling wind made otherwise perfect conditions somewhat difficult as both sides went head to head. The slender 6-3 half time lead held by Penclwdd was to remain intact until the final five minutes of the match which saw the visitors manage to cross for a vital converted try to seal proceedings.
A tough & even contest, with defences dominating offered only a couple of try scoring opportunities for either team.
