We are delighted to see Scarlets skipper Ken Owens return to training this week. Our former Junior & Youth player has been out of action since sustaining a shoulder injury, in the match against Glasgow on 11th October.
Surgery soon followed, and Ken was forced to miss Wales' Autumn Nations Cup tests. He has now given himself a chance to regain match fitness and put himself in contention for the forthcoming Six Nations Tournament in February.
