The Club is happy and proud to support our regional side The Scarlets. The Athletic flag hangs proudly in the stand at Parc y Scarlets, together with shirts & banners from other Clubs/Schools within the region.
Since our formation in 1944, we have provided numerous players who have donned the famous Scarlet shirt at both Stradey Park and Parc y Scarlets.
Many have progressed to become household names, non more so than our Life Members and British & Irish Lions trio of Delme Thomas, Roy Bergiers and Ken Owens.
The talent of the playing pool in west Wales over the years has been truly remarkable, and a constant supply line to Llanelli and the Scarlets. As dear Grav said "West is best"!
We are proud to be part of it.
