The rugby season is over!

As anticipated, today the Welsh Rugby Union followed their Irish & English counterparts by declaring the current season over.

The Coronavirus (Covid-19) crisis is escalating, and the previous suspension of training & playing rugby until the 30th March is now deemed to be inadequate, thus resulting in the premature termination of the season.

Following Goverment advice & directives in an attempt to halt the spread of the virus, avoiding social gatherings and self isolation are recommended. The club has therefore regrettably ceased all activity at our Athletic Park complex in Johnstown. This includes closing the indoor training facility and cancelling booked functions at the clubhouse until further notice.

The health & safety of all our players, members & guests are paramount during these unprecedented times.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone for all their support during this 'unique' 75th Anniversary season. Diolch yn fawr!
