The club send best wishes for a speedy recovery to young winger Jack 'Hanno' Hannington. Jack sustained a double fracture to his jaw in yesterday's home league clash with Kidwelly. The injury which was purely accidental, occured in a tackle situation when an opponents knee came into contact with his chin.
Earlier in the match, Jack continued his fine recent form for Athletic by scoring his third try in as many games to help the Red & Blacks gain a 32-10 victory in the local derby. His positive attitude is to be commended when he said ' These things happen, it's all part of the game'. He is now awaiting corrective surgery and hopefully will return to playing in the near future.
