Following the successful roll out of flu vaccinations at the club last October, we are delighted to announce that the club will once again host Furnace House Surgery patients to receive Covid-19 jabs.
The urgency to innoculate some 2,500 patients with flu injections last year (prior to the approval of any Covid vaccines) saw us collaborate with Furnace House to smoothly complete the task over a three week period.
This time, the approved vaccines developed by Pfizer/Biontech.,Oxford Uni./Astrazeneca and Moderna will be administered to patients aged over 80, commencing next Monday, 18th January at the clubhouse.
We hope and pray that this will signal the beginning of the end of this dreadful virus and we can all return to a normal life sometime during this year.
