With all the current furore surrounding the Picton Monument on Picton Hill, Carmarthen. It is wise to have a plan 'B' in place - just in case.

The 20 metre high statue perched on a 5 metre plinth, depicts Ken in his reknown 'double fist pump' pose and facing towards his beloved Athletic Park in Johnstown.
It would also be appropriate to rename Picton Hill to OWENS HILL!
